Package Lost/Stolen

Package lost/stolen:

We truly apologize that there was an issue with the delivery of your package. We ask that you please check with your neighbors and your delivery driver to attempt to locate your package. Check the email you provided at the time of ordering to locate a tracking number. Contact your delivery company and provide the tracking number to assist with locating your package. If necessary you will need to file a case with the delivery company. These cases may take up to two weeks to process. 

Once you have filed a case and allowed two weeks for processing time, if your package is still not located then you will need to provide that case number to our customer service team at and we can take a look at resending your package at no further cost to you.
