Bella Caché Wellness, operated by a licensed Registered Nurse and DNP candidate, takes your health privacy seriously. This Notice of Privacy Practices describes how we may use and disclose health-related information you share with us in connection with our wellness services, and outlines your rights regarding that information.

This Notice applies to health-related information you voluntarily provide to Bella Caché Wellness in connection with wellness consultations, product recommendations, educational programming, and related services — including the Menopause Education Program and other community wellness offerings. This Notice does not apply to information collected by third-party healthcare providers or clinical settings.

2. Information We May Collect

In the course of providing wellness services, we may collect or receive health-related information such as:

Health goals, symptoms, or wellness concerns you share during consultations
Demographic information (age, weight, height) provided for wellness assessments
Medication or supplement information shared voluntarily
Information submitted through intake forms, emails, or wellness surveys

3. How We Use Your Health Information

We use health-related information only for the following purposes:

To provide wellness services — including consultations, product recommendations, and educational resources

7. Important Limitation

Bella Caché Wellness provides wellness education and coaching services — not clinical medical care. We are not a covered entity under HIPAA as defined by 45 C.F.R. § 160.103. However, we voluntarily adopt privacy-forward practices aligned with HIPAA principles as a commitment to your trust and well-being.
